20 SQM first floor small chic apartment

In the Philippines, finding a perfect spot in the city, and purchasing it can be challenging and expensive. So, instead of looking for a new place, I decided to upgrade the old ancestral space of my mom that goes way back in the 1800's. It is 20 sqm, and therefore it's important to utilize each area carefully. Of course, it must look chic too, and that's why I decided on using dark green, natural wood & stark white as the main colors paired with pink, royal blue, and glossy accents.
