Homestyler Membership Service Subscription Agreement

If you're representing an organization or a group of co-workers or business partners to sign up to Homestyler Team License as a first-time user, you ensure that you have the authority to act as their representative to enter into this agreement with Homestyler (Shanghai) Techonology Co.,Ltd [居然设计家（上海）科技有限公司](4/F, BUILDING 12, LANE 91, E SHAN ROAD, PUDONG, SH, CHINA). When you invite an individual to use a Team License, you are taking additional responsibilities with respect to the use of Team License by that individual.
1. Subscription : To use Homestyler paid software or service, you can complete the payment by following the guide in the software or service interface. (If you purchase a Homestyler service by signing an offline written contract with Homestyler or Homestyler affiliate/ reseller, all contents concerning the order, payment, subscription and after-sales service shall be subject to the written contract signed between you and Homestyler or Homestyler affiliate/ reseller.)
2. Term: The subscription term for Homestyler will be displayed on the business details page, guide page or payment page. If you purchase multiple memberships of the same or different types at the same time, how the subscription term take effect will also be displayed on the above pages. Please ensure that you are clearly aware of the service term for the services you purchased.
3.Pricing : The subscription price is the tax-included price. If there is a price change, Homestyler shall promptly notify the user in a reasonable manner. It should be noted that the price paid by the paid user before the change occurs during the current subscription period will not be affected. But after the current subscription term, you need to re-subscribe the service and the subscription price will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Renewal : In order to avoid any inconvenience or loss caused by your failure to renew the subscription timely due to negligence or other reasons, Homestyler provides you with the automatic renewal service. Unless there is other provision specified by Homestyler, the subscription term will be automatically renewed for another one subscription term at the end of the current subscription term. You hereby authorize Homestyler to deduct the next subscription term fee from your payment account on the next billing date. You should ensure that Homestyler can successfully deduct the payment from your payment account. You agree to take responsibility for the failure of renewal due to insufficient deductible balance. You can also manage your subscription and cancel the auto-renewal in the subscription interface.
5. Termination: You can cancel your Homestyler service subscription or reduce the number of accounts accessing Homestyler services at any time through the subscription interface before the end of the first subscription term or any subsequent subscription term. Such cancellations or reductions shall be effective in the following subscription term after the expiration of the current subscription term. Under no circumstances shall you be entitled to get the refund for the payment you paid to Homestyler or to reduce fees payable to Homestyler as of the date of termination. In the event that you want to cancel your Homestyler account, all effective subscriptions included in the corresponding account will be cancelled as well and cannot be recovered in any cases, and you will not get the refund for the cancelled subscription.
6. Non-transferable : The intellectual property and ownership of all the technologies and products of Homestyler service belong to Homestyler. The subscription shall not be transferred or shared by mutiple accounts in any manner. Homestyler shall have the rights to frozen the account once any evidence is found.
7. Consent to the Agreement: Please read this Agreement in cautions before purchasing Homestyler Membership service. Your act of purchasing shall be deemed as your consent to this Subscription Agreement. All membership users shall use services in a manner consistent with the terms of the End User License Agreement. 8. Note : Please be aware that for all users, the daily upper limit of rendering for each account shall not exceed 300 renders, which includes renders of all resolutions except for speed preview. And the maximum simultaneous rendering task shall be no more than 5 for all users.
Language：In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version of this agreement and versions in other languages, the English version shall prevail as the definitive and binding version.
