Petite chic... A tiny city pad.
Its Autumn in the city and as the foliage starts to fall property prices continues to rise and real-estate square footage remains at a premium so what better time to think petite and downsize to someplace less than large. Because saving on space doesn't have to compromise on style. Come see! A compact studio apartment situated in the heart of the city. The main living space is divided into three sections the kitchen, a lounge area and a discreetly tucked away bedroom. The main studio area is accessed by a small hallway which is where a bijou wet room can be found.
Dark winter clouds gather above the gated entrance to the property. Tumbling russet foliage provides a colourful splash of autumnal colours.
The view outside the house..and a neighbours car parked on the street. This homes' owner has a less grand form of transport.
The small entrance with outlook over the patio area shares half its space with a tiny wetroom.
The wet room is hidden behind a folding screen.
The tiny dimensions of the wet room taken from under the shower.
The hallway colours and textures continue throughout the property helping to create a seamless flow between the areas.
The view from the sitting room central area, to the left is the concealed bedroom area and the kitchen is off to the right.
Glass brick partition partly conceals the kitchen area.
with floor space at a premium careful thought has been put into selection of compact streamline items.
When dimensions are tight minimalist styling is an easy decor option.
Peeking back into the hallway from across the perspex dining table.
Soft caramel is teamed with gloss white and opaque glass brick for a chic calm interior. Whilst some of the walls are of an unusual mesh finish throughout the home.
The bedroom has just enough space for a 4ft 6in bed raised on a platform to create additional storage.
The wall divider is a simple but effective space saving option offering decorative display storage and giving this bedroom area plenty of privacy.
The patio courtyard is divided into two distinct areas. Plus there's just enough space to park your scooter.
The russet creepers are a beautiful autumnal feature of this exterior area.
Both of theses seating areas have semi opaque walls of glass bricks.
A small portable fire pit adds some warmth to the chilly Autumn days.
Love it!

What a barbarity of details everywhere. This apartment is adorable. Modern, original and stylish. It doesn't look like anything, or anyone. It's Karen in its purest form
