I actually started this house a few months ago as a "quick design." But college kept me pretty busy and I have only just now been able to finish it! I hope y'all like this tiny house design and will give me a follow! 😊~Grace River ❤️ ✨

This is the living room! It feels very cozy and I love the industrial/modern themes with some natural vibes! You can play guitar, Wii, watch tv, or just hang out with friends! (Hope they're small 😂)
Over here we have the kitchen and eating area!!! I absolutely love the accent wall with the wood! The space feels so warm and livable! I wasn't expecting the refrigerator to render in mirror polish (was meant to be a normal matte refrigerator) but I guess it's fine 😅.

I don't love how low quality the 2K panorama renders are, but here's an all-around look at the first floor!

This is the second-floor bathroom (there's a powder bathroom downstairs not worth rendering. So so small!)
Upstairs/ladder is the bedroom/art room! We've got a cute desk with sewing stuff for making cool things and books to read on the tall shelves to the left!
Here are the bay window seat and the closet door (The closet is too small to render)! Here you can cozy up and read a book (or scroll through Instagram) or just admire the view outside!

Thank you so much! This is actually an old design from awhile back. I forgot I went through a tiny home phase, so I went ahead and entered all the tiny homes I did then 😅

Amazing!! I like the brick wall and the green accent wall to it. If this were an apartment or just a house in real life I would buy it. And I like your story that goes along with the house. Good job. 😊😀

The story of who would live here is they like art, music, and playing games! They don't cook much at home though so they don't have an oven (though they could get a convection oven). Despite the small size of the house they do still like to host some. So we've got a couch, four-seat table, and Wii... Yeah actually probably not a good idea to try to host any big parties... but maybe a tiny sleepover with like one person or two 😂

Thank you so much! I would too if it weren't for the fact that this house doesn't have an oven! 😂😅 I like to bake a lot so a big kitchen and double ovens would be a must! Other than that, I would love to live here! (probably easier to clean too 😂)
