It is a very open floor plan so there wasn't a hard time figuring out how to shape the rooms, it was more finding where things would go. I figured to place the kitchen by the front door as that is where it is in most studio apartments, besides that is the only fully blocked off area, the bathroom.

Space Showcase 11 Renders

This the open upper level area of the apartment which holds the bed. I enjoy studio apartments that have this second space as it gives the bedroom a closed off feeling while still letting it be open like the rest of the house.

These first two photos give a view into the living room of the studio apartment. Like a normal apartment it is one of the first things you see and it is where a lot of time would be spent by anyone.

These photos show off the open kitchen which is to the side as soon as you walk in like it is for most studio apartments. I also show the dinning table which is stationed under the stairs.

This is a video that goes through all the open base floor and bathroom of the studio apartment.

Balcony

I wanted to add a balcony to this apartment as it adds another section for people to sit and hang around in besides the same couch inside.

Bathroom

This is the bathroom, it is to the other side of the door and is quite small compared to the open area of the rest of the house. I wanted to keep the theme of browns even in the bathroom as it ties everything together.

This is a panorama of the upper level room, with a view of how it looks when you look down to the living room.
