The floorplan was designed to make the best of the ocean views and to let the sea breeze into the space. Over two floors, the house consists of two bedroom suites and a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. In the landing space upstairs, an office area was created. The outdoor spaces was created in the form of balconies around the house.

Living and Dining Room

Costal Mediterranean Blue Living and Dining Room 3d design renderings
This picture shows the entrance to the house. This house is also about different levels as you'll see demonstrated in the selection of pictures of the different areas of this vast open space. So the first level is the elevated front entrance area as seen in this picture.
Costal Mediterranean Blue Living and Dining Room 3d design renderings
The staircase was chosen to accentuate the different levels that was created in the space. Straight forward in this picture is the hallway leading to the downstairs bedroom suite.
Costal Mediterranean Blue Living and Dining Room 3d design renderings
They used art selectively but with great effect as demonstrated by this statuette. And part of the art is the magnificent ocean views in every window frame. They also used the rough stacked stone texture as an art element in the whole house adding that little bit extra texture and interest.

The blond wood on the staircase was repeated in most of the wood finishes. They tried to stick to a limited palette as to showcase all the colors of the ocean to the maximum.

The second level was created by the sunken floor in which a conversation area was created. See the layout and demonstration of that in the pictures to follow.

Oh Inna don't worry! Believe me I appreciate every piece of feedback very much and it's important for me that the end result be pleasing to the observer. Sometimes it's also about showing the observer something unexpected😜. I'll take my time and go see your designs also. Enjoy yourself! 😊

Sorry for my advice. Forget it. Everything is fine with my eye. I'm talking about the rules for the location of the camera and the angles. And there is a lot about it on the Internet.

Thank you so much for the time to tour the space and for your feedback It's really appreciated. To tell you the truth, in some pictures I purposefully choose to lower the height of the camera to catch extra details which won't show in the normal height and to create a bit of drama in the pictures, inviting the eye to look beyond the normal. It was always a pleasing and successful technique for me to use. Is it too much for you? Did it hurt your eye?

I really liked the design of the house. Everything fits together perfectly. But, let me give you advice, raise the camera by 1500 mm. This is the average level of human eyes.
