Farmhouse w/pool and poolhouse

This is a standard farmhouse design with a few extras. My husband likes to tinker, so there is a separate shop. Connected to the shop is a pool house and bunk house, as well as a recreation room designed to look like a pub. I have always loved entertaining, so I wanted a cool outdoor space, as well as a place where people could sleep over after a late night instead of driving home. And, of course, since my husband and I are both musicians, my designs always include a music studio. This house has four bedrooms (plus the bunkhouse), four full bathrooms and two half baths, and two living areas.

Of course, we start out with a large outdoor because we love living in the country. When I started this design, I made the outdoor area one large room, then added the house and rooms inside that. That is why all of the renders are shown under Outside Area.
