the top floor shows the large upstairs stairwell and passageway leading out to the vast open air balcony and upstairs seating area; together with the toilet facilities. Looking through the open sections of the flooring the different areas of the ground floor garden terrace can be seen below.

Balcony
This upstairs bar and open air seating area was designed to resemble an infinity pool where the blue of the structure meets and disappears into its immediate surroundings.
situated within the boundaries of the dividing walls a communal seating area with upholstered seating fabric depicting a blue Plaice and logo of the restaurant.
Almost time for cocktail hour as the evening approaches.
Enjoy the warmth of the fire pit, relax and take in those views.
Boundless horizons and the feel of almost infinity, as the blue décor melts into the sea.
Relax by the pool in this stylish bubble chair .. room for only one...or maybe two.
Lush vegetation is offset by intense blues and the calming introduction of of a small oblong pool.
Coffee, Cocktails... whatever your tipple this area is the perfect place to unwind.
Dining Room
The main dinning area continues with the blue theme and décor that runs throughout the establishment. Soft blues and aqua tones create the watery fee , whilst bespoke logo wallpaper adds a touch of fun.
Like all good restaurants the tables are well spaced to allow for privacy and comfort.
The seaside charter provides typical tips on ideas to how to enjoy the area, and gives this dining area a youthful modern feel.
Catch the waves or grab some lunch..at The blue Plaice fish and chips are always on the menu.
Lagoon like tranquillity echo throughout the décor.
Courtyard
A large enclosed court yard wraps around three sides of the building, made up of different sections and textures. This passageway leads through to the main entrance to the side of the property.
a middle decked area complete with pool is positioned to the front of the main restaurant windows; enabling the guest with a pleasant leafy outlook.
Predominantly blue and green the garden has been designed to evoke a lagoon sea floor and to harmonise with its immediate surroundings.

A view where the buildings' structure and enviable waterfront position can be appreciated fully.
Moss, rocks and gravel replicate the sea bed in looks and texture.
View through into the entrance.
The garden is perfect for being easy to maintain and also replicates the seashore in its natural and slightly rugged appearance.
Quiet spot to enjoy a drink in a this private tucked away area to the side of the building.
Cloak Room
Downstairs cloakroom with wheelchair access/ one door is much wider in one of the two toilets. The nautical theme and blue décor continue.
Plenty of access space and sofa to rest if required. Touches of tropical fish upholstery has been used sparingly to add interest.
Stairwell
The entrance and stairwell provides an elegant and restful introduction to the property with Plaice wallpaper combining with a host of subtle blue and grey furnishings.
Large floor lamps have been selected for their resemblance to lobster pots and continue the fishy theme.
A large comfortable space, this entrance is decked in shoreline shades of blue and nautical touches.

A trio of lights lead through into the restaurant.
Corner area complete with aquarium nestles at the bottom of the stairs.
Bathroom
Upstairs toilets are a modern mix of fabrics and textures.
These modern sinks have been remodelled to blend with the tiling and produce an almost industrial look.
Terrace
The seahorse terrace wraps around the central restaurant area and this tiny sea creature decorates the walls and is duplicated on the banquette seating.
A fresh clean feeling was required once again to mirror the location, colours and views.
Table for two ...or can be for four with breath taking views out across the harbour.
Large glass window to the side with wraparound garden and sea views.
Corridor
Large upstairs corridor leads out to the roof top bar and seating area.
Central stairwell bathed in soft lighting.

It seems incredible to me that you have been able to make this design in such a short time as you have been on the web. It seems to me a wonderful hotel, especially the dining area I love, as well as the glass doors and the staircase area. I have been wanting to see the rooms. A beautiful exterior with the freshness that water brings. I don't know how you did it, but you did it 👏👏👏

Ohhh wowww. This is too beautiful for words. I am in awe at the construction -inside and out, and the breathtaking decor. Everything was so wonderfully planned and executed. The way this property melts into its surroundings reminds me of a Frank Lloyd Wright design. I'm not even going to try to comment on the details -- just know I loved every minute of my tour through this gorgeous restaurant. Standing ovation my friend!!!

Wave after wave after wave of gorgeous and clever and complicated design work! Where do one find words that will be fitting for this wonderful design!! Karen you excelled this week and commercial spaces are definitely in your books! I loved all the blue tones and how it was applied in different strengths to suit the mood that was desired. Fabulous layout and furniture choices! Definitely an upmarket establishment with great ambience and one I will want to always return to!
