I am writing to kindly request a refund for a recent automatic charge made to my account, as well as the cancellation of my subscription to prevent any future renewals.

The subscription was originally purchased for a university project and was only needed temporarily to complete academic work. Unfortunately, I did not realize that the subscription would renew automatically, and the payment was deducted from my account without me noticing in time.

At this moment, the funds that were charged are very important to me, as they are intended to cover my university-related expenses and other educational costs. For this reason, I would sincerely appreciate your consideration in processing a refund for this automatic renewal charge.

I understand that refund policies may vary, but I would be extremely grateful if an exception could be considered in my case. I have already requested the cancellation of the subscription and would appreciate confirmation that no further charges will be made.
