Cancel my subscription and refund the money-Questions&Answers-Homestyler Forum

Greetings. I am publishing this post to inform you that on May 19, 2025 at 00:30 AM (GMT+3 Timezone) I noticed 12$ were debited from my bank account as a subscription fee for the Styler plan which I didn't want to renew. This happened at 20:00 on May 18. It worries me a lot. I am asking you to cancel my subscription and return the money at the nearest time, please.

Hi, good day. I noticed that PHP 1,186.00 was charged to my GCash account for a Homestyler subscription renewal on February 24, 2026 at 07:16 AM (Ref. No. 808662553). I did not intend to renew this subscription. I would like to request the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a refund of the amount charged. I hope you can process the refund and return the money at the earliest possible time. Thank you, and I look forward to your prompt response.

Hello, we noticed that you've been charged in Apr, May and June, the last payment was on 11 Jun 2025. And we have refunded you the payment for May and June, the first month Apr was with an discount on it which cost $3.9 , and it cannot be refunded.
