I understand making NEW models that are membership/paid only or cost a lot of coins, but taking models that used to be free and putting them in a collection that costs money or an unreasonably high amount of coins is obnoxious. I think this site is becoming a bit greedy and if it continues that way, many people will leave if they use the site on a hobby level and don't want to spend a lot of money on it, especially those of us with a small budget. Also, it would be good if it was possible to purchase a single item from a collection at a smaller price. I don't want to buy a whole collection for e.g. 9 euros when I only need one model, but I would be willing to spend a little here and there and build my own collection. That way users can support the website, but have more control over their experience.

Hello, there maybe some misunderstanding:) The models which are free previously still are free now, they didn't change:) And some of the paid models which used to paid by money, now they can be paid by coins also:) '100 coins = 1 dollor', so you don't need to get them by money, you just redeem them by coins which is more convenient and more money-saving for you:) And you can complete the tasks to earn more coins on this page: https://www.homestyler.com/myPoint

Hi Kyle, sorry for the unsatisfactory, there was a bug occured on App, which leads to some of the paid models appear to be free, but those models are always paid on website, now we have fixed the bug, so the models now are need to paid either on mobile App. And we know this is somewhat unacceptable to you, so we are offering you a 7-day 'Styler' membership as compensation. @ V Kyle

Exactly 990 coins to get a collection when you may only want a few items is ridiculous. Never mind the fact that even if you complete the Bootcamp (getting 2000 coins) that can easily be used for getting renders which may be more important than 3D models. And they no longer offer a way to buy more 3D/2D model uploads separately. I found that some of the HS models do not work/render well.

There are some free models that have been put into collections and are no longer separately free. Your coin collection process is broken. Placing items in your favorites doesn't always get the coins awarded. Never mind the fact that 3 coins for daily login is so low that you would have to sign in every day for months to accumulate enough coins to get anything. @ Homestyler support
