I have been struggling to access the custom furniture feature for a few weeks now. Every time I try it launches and then just freezes - very frustrating as I am paying for the software but can't use it.
Can anyone advise?

I also have a room in my house where trying to add a component instantly freezes the app and it is not a local resource issue. It work well in the rest of the house. As I can see their support is not interested in paying clients.
