Hi all. I load a picture in the field, adjust the styles, the picture is loaded and hangs on 99%. Tried leaving it overnight - same result. What can be the problem? p.s. computer is powerful, good internet.

Hi! Due to the limited capacity, users need to queue during the time when the capacity is exceeded. That might be the reason why it get stuck in 99%. You may refresh the page and try again later. You don't need to worry about wasting credits, since the credit won't be deducted unless the generation is successful. Sincerely apologize for this issue. We are currently working on our capacity expansion scheme, and will try our best to aviod this issue from happening. Thank you for your feedback.
