We are a design college that is using Homestyler to teach our students how to create custom designs and architecture. We have a constant issue with the software crashing, or not loading. Also, features that have been modeled such as custom stairs or fireplaces, for example, will disappear when trying to add additional modeling elements to the design. This happens when a student will model a detail, and then save the project, and then try to go back in to see it in the design and it will be gone. We have really enjoyed working with you and using your software to train our designers, we are hoping that some of these issues that I have explained can be fixed, or corrected so that students do not get frustrated using the software and will want to continue to use it as professionals when they graduate from our college.
We use Chrome as our browser and have tried signing in and out, as well as shutting down computers, and re-starting them hoping that it will fix the issues. So far it has not. Please advise.
