Hello, Today I received the following: Kitchen Cabinet48which have been marked in red boxes, please delete them before continuing. All of my furniture has been marked in red and cannot be changed. I've tried to open older versions that have worked before, but now all appear broken. Have anyone faced the same and know how to fix it? Thanks!

I have a kitchen, living room, and two other furnished rooms. I decided to recreate everything and did it today for several hours. Now when I reopen it, everything is again in red!!! That's an awful bug.

I sent an email to support. They replied (01/03/2023) asking me to share my project and they would look into it. We'll see what happens.... @ M T

Hi, I had the same problem! This is very bad and a big waste of working time. Since there are a lot of people asking for the same issue, I hope they are going to reply and find a solution very soon! the problem is the same even after deleting the cabinets and bring new ones @ Dmn Woo

Hi, Same issue in my case. I think that there was some update/upgrade and someone doesnt respect people work. Instead releasing patch they decided that it would be easier when hundreds of people delete all funiture marked red and make it from the start. Not good... If I was paying for premium account I would be pissed off... It's a pity that they have such an approach, because the program itself is great and worth money to buy premium - only if you could trust it - for now I can't :(

It's been more than a week I have to redo some of the project files. Even Redo is not helping, when you reopen the file, it marks the furniture in red again. How can be a paid service be so pathetic. I want my money back

OMG! I have the same issue too and this has been happening for a while. It was okay one day and suddenly it turned like this. Do you all also noticed that in "Cabinet edit" mode, when you want to select the cabinets, it somehow only selects by parts? Not by the whole cabinet. This is sooo upsetting.

Here is the reply from HomeStyler's team: Good afternoon, we have fixed the problem, but the models you added before our repairation are stillnot able to use . Would you mind deleting them all and re-place new models? Because current models in customize furniture are able to be edited. We feel very sorry for this inconvenience. I don't know why they didn't respond here, though. It seems all old designs have to be remade.

The same problem. I have to hand in my work tomorrow and I've already done the kitchen 3 times! I always get this error! I wrote to support - no answer.

I FIXED IT! For everyone reading this in 2024 or later, here is my magic solution: Let's say your project name is XYZ. 1. XYZ: File -> Version History -> select the version in which you hadn't received the bug message yet 2. XYZ:File -> Save as (you're creating a copy of XYZ WITHOUT the bug) 3. In another card open the original XYZ project (the restored version from before the bug). 4. Restore the newest, BUGGED version in your XYZ project. 5. Copy all the items (from XYZ, bugged) you've added after the bug occured and paste to the copy of XYZ, not bugged. *MAGIC*

Too Late. Since I have to recreate everything, I decided to purchase a better product that doesn't destroy all my creatinons on updates. Chief Architect - Home Designer Suite Maybe they will actually read the community comments and refund my money. Wishful thinking. @ M T

Hello, I have the same problem. Deleting them and remaking them just means you get the same message the next time you open the app. It's a major problem. I have contacted them directly. Hopefully if a bunch of us contact them directly via their form they will fix this bug asap.

This just happened to me too. I recovered an older version & I hope it can get fixed soon because I've spent hours on creating it all and I don't want to redo everything from the scratch... It was working properly for me just 5 hours ago. At first I couldn't select anything - selection by cabinets highlighted parts kinda out of line (photo 1), selection by parts / inner space didn't work at all, I deleted one part to see what happens and I was met with a similar error message.
