Hello everyone,

I wanted to say that I have been facing issues while designing for a month straight.

Whenever I save a design and open the design the next day, everything is scattered and not in its places..

Here is a recent one: I have been working on a bakery for 3 days for the bakery contest. When I saved it and opened it the next day. My sunken ground ( i edited it and made it further down with interior modelling 2.0) was disappeared and the whole rooms design which was made with interior modelling was all gone.

Does anyone know why is this happening? Did it ever happen to anyone?

Thank you for your solution, I have been using this method before but it still glitched out. @ miss

I'm so sorry about that it must be super disappointing. All though I might have a solution : make sure you save your page 2 times and you arn't clicking on anything but walls when your saving.

Contact HS ASAP....If this is a 2 story plan, ck plane view for all floors. The custom modeling has a habit of showing up on the wrong floors in plane view. Go to 3D and make sure that your custom modeling is not floating in the air somewhere. Its a glitch I have complained about several times and sometimes they can fix the design issue for you. I'm so sorry about that it must be super disappointing. All though I might have a solution : make sure you save your page 2 times and you arn't clicking on anything but walls when your saving.
