Hello! My query is because the program does not load, I want to edit or create a design and it spends hours loading the page and my internet connection works fine. I hope a solution. Thanks

Hi, please make sure you are using the Chrome browser. If you did, can you try opening an incognito window and try again?

no mine is not chromebook yet it has the same issue @ Johnathin Eldredge

I think ts only an issue on chrombooks

Unfortunately, I saw that it worked for other people but didn't work for me. I tried as well going to homestyler.com, my designs and tried to open the last one but it's not opening either. FYI, I have no connection issue and this has been going on for several days, I tried in 4 different locations and lost my last days of paid access

Found a solution to homestyler not working on mac with apple chip (M1 and up). In google chrome settings go to system and turn on "Use graphics acceleration when available".

sometimes works for me if i hit reload until it goes to login screen and then try again

it asks me what I am (teacher designer homeowner etc) and what Im using homestyler for (home renno, teaching, serving clients etc), and then asks me if i would like to use the Free tier or the Paid tier, and regardless of what I choose, it pops up a "Something went wrong. Please try again later." message at the top. Iv'e restarted my browser, switched to a different browser, cleared cache and cookies, and used the privacy mode on my browser(incognito) and still I get the same thing: The 2d view in the modeling space loads, then is interrupted suddenly by that "what are you" prompt and loops

Does it require it to have an incognito or what if you can't because you have to work on a school Chromebook? @ Homestyler Official

Hello! I tried this and it worked, however it's a bit annoying since I have to keep logging in. This has been happening to me for a couple of days, and randomly happened as soon as I started rendering images. Is there another solution other than opening an incognito tab? @ Homestyler Official
