Ceiling Removal-设计答疑-Homestyler Forum

Hi, before I was able to remove the ceiling in Homestyler but now the options gone, why is that is there something I'm doing wrong or is it just an update?

Additionally, I have some suggestions for Homestyler. It would be great if the products were displayed in English as it's much easier to translate to your language if you don't understand; the Cantonese is frustrating as there are some items whose functions I'm not aware of.

Also, it would be great if you could let us know the brand that inspired furniture/design pieces as there are some that I'm aware of as I've just come across them but with others, I'm not aware of them. This would be an amazing feature for us designers when it comes to working with clients.

"Ceiling on/off" option should appear on right panel when you click on specific room while being in plane view.

In my account there are no options for the ceiling other than the color change. None!!!! Since we pay the account and we need it to work this problem needs to be fixed

I changed it to on and still the "My Ceiling - Basic Parameters - size' is grayed out and not able to modify anything. I lowered the walls and I just need to also lower the ceiling and it just doesn't let me. I even tried to delete the ceiling and retry adding it but also doesn't let me delete it. I restarted HomeStyler and still nothing :( @ Luka Labudovic

Hi SK Luxxe, thank you for the suggestions! 1. When you have multi floors, then only the top floor will show the "ceiling" option. The ceiling of your first floor is actually the floor slab of the second floor. So to remove it, please click "Edit floor" when you switch to the 2nd floor. Here is a detailed video.
