Villa in Tulum

The objective was to create a house using the old rammed earth method in a modern architecture combining the traditional with the lifestyle of our days in a beach area in the city of Tulum, Mexico. Noble materials such as wood and stone were used in conjunction with clay, glass and metal. The tiles chosen are handcrafted with Aztec colors and designs, as are the textiles, tapestries and crockery.
