The ＂Helen Eileen＂: 308 square feet studio flat
This studion is 21.10ft x 15ft inside wall to wall over all dimensions. I tried to get as close to 3oo square feet as possible without the feeling of being in a small space. The loveseat and accent chair in the all in one functioning space leaves room to move, fitting dinning for two or four.. You place in your chairs and your own decor from the basic floor plan.

One room can be heated with a small woodburner or bood burning fireplace a space maximum size of 500 square feet. The idea was to try to make an open space under 500 square feet that would be easily comfortable for a small fireplace yet feel spacious...
This view is with the wall closing off the entire bathroom as was in the orginal plan, however, after squeezing in a closet that is much smaller than as in the current floor plan, the aesthetics seem to flow, however there is little practicality of trying to fit utility into such a space.
Cozy dinner for two or four.. clean counters for a Buffet or tapas bar.... with the layout of the closet beside the door, it continues the idea of "space" as the bathroom wall had been moved back and the slat bifolds allow the idea of spaciousness even in the enclosed area of the bathroom
A mini fridge devides the kitchen and the entry unit for "other" storage.
Small can be cozy.
Stripes, prints and brick.. Browns, blues, pinks all share a small space with wood tone accents
Sitting by a wood fire in the winter to stay warm and toasty in the studio apartment.
Take a rest on the daybed and listen to the crackling of the fire.
Cleaning the kitchen, everything cleared.. What would you put in this small space????

With the closet outside the bathroom and the bifold doors /with curtains for privacy, the slats allow for air flow which is especially important during winter and using a single heat source such as the fireplace... wall mirror is in the bathroom...

It is narrow however with the bifold door and the closet enlarged and just outside the entry to the bathroom, this gives more feeling of space
