Cassata

The cassata that I tried and really like was a rolled ice cream cake although it was not the typical Sicilian cassata it has the same colors of green, pink with white for the cheese which I use as color inspiration for this design. It also comes with candied fruits and pistachios instead of nuts and drizzled with chocolate syrup, than decorative fruits and not covered with marzipan. The candied fruits where in colors of red, green and orange which I as will incorporated here together with brown to resemble chocolate.
