The house consists of multiple floors with a triangle framework overlay. The ground floor is a semi-open basement. The first floor consist of living, dining and kitchen with access to a terrace. The second floors is the sleeping area, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and reading nook by the stairwell.

The triangular framework overlay that semi-enclosed the house is made of iron which is recyclable and does not decline its properties. It is the fourth most abundant natural elements on earth. Recycling it takes less energy and does not harm environment. It is durable and with long life span.
The triangular framework has multiple purpose in this design concept . One of it, is to constrain the light and keep it in the house surroundings and aim to avoid emitting excessive artificial light that could harm birds while flying and reduce its contribution to light pollution during nighttime.
The house is flood and water surge ready too. It is elevated to ensure your main living spaces safe from flood. Open ground level let the water pass through and along with the pillars and framework, it splits the water as it passes reducing the strength of water and impact of the water surge.
Having multiple glass windows and doors in addition to the glass slope ceiling ensures a well-lit home despite of the framework overlaying it. Abundance of natural light in the house reduces as well the usage of artificial light which also leads to low energy consumption and cost effective.
The house has a petit look and its form as well keeps less obstruction on views as it goes higher.
The triangular frame work as well houses lines of multiple solar panels for energy efficiency. Also it holds hanging garden and garden plot which improves air quality and reduces heat. With the vertical garden and the vegetation act as sound barrier around the house thus reduce noice.
The framework also serve as protection from harsh weather. Reducing impact of strong winds, water surges or any particle/debris. Also protect the glass slope ceiling.
The house has a glass slope ceiling, this design concept does not only to bring in natural lighting to the house but experience the change of time from sunrise to sunset. This features benefits its resident which is good for our circadian rhythm that leads to better sleeping pattern.
The framework also block excess sun glare and light and heat absorption to the house.
The house generally used wood and mostly log. Log is greener and more sustainable. It is renewable material with great insulation benefits makes it an energy efficient material too. It is also durable and weather resistant which makes it easy in maintenance and last longer.
Idea of using green concrete for more sustainable choice while having favourable construction properties of concrete in your home.
Keeping the ground level an open area create a sense of connection to the nature around the house. Also contributes to the well-being of the residents too. To have a space to do multiple things stress free, from work related, DIY projects, planting, take up hobbies, or even hold gatherings.
It serves as well as garage and even for fixing car.
Second Bathroom
Both bathroom uses slate tiles which is a sustainable material too. It is reusable, durable, water resistant and fireproof. It is also good in holding in heat which makes it an energy efficient choice.
Living /Dining Room Kitchen
The interior is with light hues of wood and subtle colours to keep it light and airy. The wide windows give abundance of natural light to come in the house whilst being envelope by the framework.
The home has an open floor plan with direct access to the outdoor space. This gives it a one flow from in-outdoor connection and create connection to the nature surroundings.
