Andreo Residential House Design (TDJ 4M1)
This house was designed to adapt to the new modern look and concept of architecture. The house is a two story concept excluding the basement. All rooms are fully furnished and coincide with the new modern look. The house is a true sight to be seen.

Kitchen
This kitchen concept is equipped with an electric fireplace, just in front of it are pet bowls and a refrigerator to the right. There is a door for backyard access and acts as a light source. The kitchen comes with standard glass and plain cabinets accompanied by a sink and cooktop on the island.
Bathroom1
The basement bathroom comes with your standard toilet, a luxury shower made from marble. Just to the right of that is a standard vanity with a mirror. Two lights are installed in the washroom, one ceiling and one wall above the mirror. Bathroom also comes with an installed vent.
My favorite part of the basement bathroom has to be the tile choice. I really like how the black tiles contrast with the off white/gray walls. It really creates a nice color scheme and flow to the whole room.
Closet
The closet in the front entrance comes with both a clothes rack and shelving below for shoes. Lights also come installed with the storage unit.
My favorite part of the closet would be the design of the unit. The Lighting and wood texture create such a great design for the unit and makes the closet look great.
Garage
My favorite part of the garage would have to be the work bench. Only because I have one at my own house and if I didn’t I would be going nuts trying to find a place to construct things.
The garage acts as both a parking space for your vehicles, a storage area and a workshop. Storage units can be found at the back and item racks can be seen by the window. The workbench is installed between the item racks. Pod lights and the window provide the lighting for the room.
Furnace Room
Similar to the garage the furnace room doubles as both a functioning furnace room and a storage room. The furnace room comes equipped with of course your standard furnace and some storage racks for any items.
My favorite part of the furnace room has to be the room color. It’s pretty refreshing to see an exotic color that is not white or black. It really fits with the style of the flooring and the baseboards/crown mouldings.
Bedroom
This is the basement/guest bedroom, it comes with a queen sized bed. Two night stands accompanied by a rug below. The walls are decorated with paintings and shelves. A chair is provided for lounging and a dresser for storage. Lastly, lamps and a pod light are provided as a light source.
I really like the color scheme I did for this bedroom. The black and white furniture really pair well with both the flooring and the wall color.
Bedroom1
My favorite part of the 2nd floor bedroom has to be the wood panelling installed behind the bed. It’s pretty refreshing to see it compared to the white out room and it really adds character to the design.
The 2nd floor bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and one night stand. A rug is provided underneath alongside a plant for decoration. A desk is provided for recreational use and two dressers for storage purposes. The window is there for natural lighting and a ceiling light for artificial lighting.
(Living Room) The living room comes equipped with a tv and acoustic panelling behind it. A large sofa is provided alongside a coffee table in front of it. A window is provided for natural lighting and ceiling lights for artificial lighting. Storage/shelving is to the right for decoration.
(Front Foyer/Entrance) Designed to enhance the experience of entering the house and make you feel welcomed. Decorated with white tiles and a hanging chandelier this entrance is designed like no other.
(Dining Room) This room is perfect for both a family feast and a Friday game night with the kids. Comes with a stunning table with chairs paired with a matching rug underneath. An exquisite chandelier hangs above for lightning. Just out of sight is a dresser for storage/decoration.

(Main Floor Hallway) This panorama view is provided so our buyers can experience the views of the house virtually. Taken from the hallway in the main floor, you can see rooms like the kitchen, dining room, living room, etc.
Kids Room
My favorite part of the kids room has to be the color scheme. It’s a nice relaxing baby/light blue theme. It looks really nice and relaxing, a perfect calming space for any child.
The kids room comes equipped with a bunk bed that has built-in storage. More storage is provided alongside the wall so it saves you from stepping on Legos. Out of view is more storage because you can never have enough storage when it comes to children and their toys. Shelving is built for looks/use.
Office
The office is built for both work use and recreational use. You have the overkill triple monitor setup for the late night gaming sessions with the bois or gals. You also have a printer for important documents. Everything supported by a black desk and shelving is provided for storage.
My favorite part of the office has to be the desk set up. Cause look at that thing you’re gonna tell me that you wish you don’t want minecraft stretched across three monitors like that, pffffffft yeah right.
(Driveway/Garage). This is just an outside view of the garage. From here you can see the luxury Range Rover and golden custom wrapped Audi (cars sold separately). More item racks can be seen from here and bike racks on the wall.
(Front Porch/Entrance) This is just an outside view of the front entrance. Here you can see a custom stone slab hoisting up some greenery for decoration purposes. Pillars are supporting the roof above the porch and lastly there is a light above the front door.
Bathroom2
The 2nd floor bathroom comes with your standard toilet. A double sink vanity paired with a mirror above. Both artificial and natural lightning is provided. Lastly there is a bathtub/stand up shower for this bathroom build.
My favorite part of the bathroom is the double sink vanity. I like the design of the sink portion because I really like the wooden bowl theme and how it sets itself apart from everything else in the room.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom comes with a king sized bed. This room also comes with its very own entertainment centre which is the wall mounted tv. It has a window for natural light and a ceiling light for artificial light. The room is joined by a bathroom and a walk-in closet.
My favorite part of the design has to be the color scheme. I like it because it's a light beige color and it pairs nicely with the off white furniture and yellow theme bed.
Balcony
The balcony comes with its own furniture and plants to provide a nice relaxing atmosphere. Wood panelling also on the exterior wall for the nice look. Lastly greenery is sprinkled everywhere for a nice touch of nature aesthetic.
My favorite part of the balcony has to be the wood panelling on the wall. Similar to my explanation on the 2nd floor bedroom, It looks really nice paired with the white and black color scheme.
Hallway
My favorite part of the hallway has to be the bay window. It looks really nice in that spot and gives the hallway a lot of natural lighting.
The 2nd floor hallway has open space for more furniture or moving around furniture. You have glass railings paired with black stairs. A bay window is on this floor for natural lighting and pod lights for artificial lighting.
Recreation Room
Here you can see the sports portion of the room. You have your very own gym area for exercise and a pool table for when you have guests over. Arcade machines are also provided if they really suck at pool. A fireplace is installed on a stone backdrop for a nice design.
My favorite part of the room has to be the stone backdrop design. It adds a lot of character to my basement and also helps give off a nice and cozy relaxing vibe, especially when its paired with the fireplace and the photograph of the goat.
This is the entertainment sector of the recreational room. You have a nice sofa with a tv for gaming or movie use. A rug is underneath alongside a coffee table for decoration. A piano is provided also for playing use and behind it is a barn door to access the furnace room.
Laundry Room
My favorite part of the design has to be the wooden shelving and countertop. It looks really nice paired with the white color scheme. It also stands out against all the white objects within the room.
The laundry room comes with a washer, dryer and a sink. Storage cabinets are above the washer and dry for storage use. To the right of the cabinets are shelving for either decoration or storage use. A pod light is provided as a light source.
Bathroom
The main floor bathroom comes with your simple toilet and vanity. A storage rack is provided in front of the toilet so you can store your toiletries. A window is provided for natural sunlight, while the two wall mounted lights provide artificial lighting.
My favorite part of the design has to be the wall color. Similar to my explanation for the furnace room, the bathroom is a nice break from the whole white and black color scheme and looks really nice with this off grey color.
Master Bathroom
My favourite part of this design has to be how the vanities countertop matches with the shower marble design. It looks really nice paired together and creates an exquisite design.
The master bathroom comes with a toilet and a walk in shower beside it. A double vanity sink is also provided with each sink having its own mirror. A window is on the opposite wall and provides the bathroom with natural sunlight. There is also a pod light above for artificial lighting.
Front Entrance
My favorite part of the front entrance has to be the pillars/columns. It looks really nice and helps give my design character and some flare.
Closet
My favorite part of the walk in closet has to be the wall color. The dark grey really helps the white cabinets/wooden shelving stand out in the room.
The walk-in closet comes with a lot of storage for your fashion and spending habits. A pod light is provided for artificial lighting and a mirror to make sure you look drippy and spiffy.
Living Room
My favorite part of the living room has to be the ceiling light. I really like the design of the lighting. The boxes are just very eye-catching and pair up nicely with the modern look of the house.
(Kitchen) My favorite part of the kitchen has to be the marble countertop. It really contrasts well with the color of the cabinets and the style of the tiles.
