Burnt Wood Rustic Home
This floorplan is completely original. This is one reason the Mud Room is designed the way it is, because I almost forgot to add it. The exterior is burnt wood, with wood beams and stone accents. It is a very rustic log style home.

House has 4 BR, 4 full baths, & 4 1/2 baths; 4-car garage w/shop & paint booth; carport; detached Rec Room & Music Studio; large wrap-around front porch, and large back porch w/outdoor kitchen/dining. There is a pool/jacuzzi, and plenty of outdoor space for kids. (unable to generate floor plan)

The back porch is broken into three areas. This is the area nearest the garage.
There is a door leading in/out from the garage and a door leading in/out to the Mud Room.

We have lots of friends with younger children/grandchildren, and a new step-grandchild, so I created an outdoor space for kids to enjoy themselves.

Hallway
I wanted to design a house with a quick way to be able to get cleaned up after working outside or in the shop. So this house has a door from the Garage into the Mud room/Laundry Room, then a door/hallway from the laundry room into the master bath, with the closets on each side of the hallway

Mud Room
The Mud Room has a door leading into the Kitchen/Nook, a door leading in/out to the back porch, and a door leading in/out to the Garage, as well as an opening into the Laundry Room.

Kitchen
This is my first time using the Custom Cabinets feature in Homestyler and I really liked it. This kitchen has an antique gas stove, double oven, and island with separate prep sink, as well as bar with seating.

This is the Live Room of the Music Studio (and my husband would go crazy with this many guitars).
