Red brick and concrete, sustainable and environmental friendly. One house prepared as a show house and all the other fitted out with the same fixture, but left as a blank canvas for the client's own choices. Imagine a few blocks like this making up a whole village.

In the show house they kept the color palette neutral and did not clutter the room. The style was done more to the contemporary modern style and definitely not the typical outdated granny style. Bay windows was fitted to create extra space for seating.
Ample storage is so necessary in small spaces like this.
They thought of the view out and created a green wall to bring in some nature and a feeling of growth and wellbeing.
By the front door of each little house a covered pergola was fitted for a bit of private space.
Of course there is a bike! You are never too old to ride a bike!
Try and imagine yourself strolling between the houses on the cobbled paths, greeting friends and having coffee or lunch dates.

Big resort style pool was fitted for entertainment but also for exercise!
At the community center there is wonderful garden areas to meet up and relax.
By the entrance is the doors leading into the bedroom and from there into the bathroom.
Small kitchenette was fitted with enough storage space. Main meals are taken at the community center or being delivered from there, so no need for a big kitchen. A counter was fitted on the side serving as a table for meals.
A television area was created.
With the inclusion of the bay window seat, enough seating in the room. Storage was created in the bay window.
