Once you enter the first floor there are a reception, Hospital rooms, ICU, Operations room a Pharmacy and even a café. Going to the top with the elevator or stairs you will enter a lobby with the reception, Doctors rooms, CT Scan room a boardroom and a staircase leading to the helicopter. Hi, I saw some of the doors look weird even when it is closed there is a gap in the wall and the door, I just think it is those types of doors you can report it to HS but I just think it was the way it was uploaded
