Maximizing Mezzanine Space

This is my take on how to maximize the space provided by one of my FB group mate.

I kept the wall white since it reflects light thus making the space seem spacious.

Given the location of the switches, it makes sense to put the "office space" on the left corner. I used dropleaf table that you can fold down if not in use.

You can put the laptop and other gadgets on the top part of the wardrobe when they're not being used.
The dropleaf desk can also double as a vanity desk. Therefore, I put a Tatami storage on each side of the bed which can store his and hers accessories..

Along the railings, you can install privacy curtains for privacy. Or you can have high shelves for books (Montessori style) which acts as an extra layer of privacy.

Instead of a headboard, I installed a rock climbing holds for the kids.
