High Rise in MetropolisInspired by the gorgeous models in the Metropolitan Trend, I designed a clutter-free bachelor apartment in a downtown high rise
This apartment is a level and a half, with the upper level being the master suite
This is the powder room on the main level. It's located in the large entry/ cloak room.
This is the main level. It has a small kitchen and a bar area for dining. The floor is open through to the living room on the other end, with a small lounging area midway.
Off of the living area is the large entry area, separated by mobilized partitions.
A quiet lounge area between the living room and kitchen
Kitchen with bar seating
A work area in a corner of the living room
Lots of windows! Have to take advantage of the views!
A cabinet built into the bar to keep some wine chilled
The entry area/ cloak room has a beautiful lucite settee and wall done by a local artisan
Through the mobilized partitions to the main level, the powder room is on the right, and up the stairs to the master suite
A lucite entry table to gather keys and sunglasses
The top floor is dedicated to the master suite
For the bachelor - a large flat-screen TV and sound system
The windows in the bedroom can be completely covered by closing the motorized shades
The bed is cozy between the 2 large wardrobes
A sauna unit combined with the shower stall is a small luxury
