Grandmillennialism

Inspired by the new rustic models in the catalog, I wanted to present my interpretation of Grandmillennialism. Some Millennials are tired of the greige in their parents' homes and have begun to embrace all things grandmotherly. They're not afraid of color and pattern, and they're loving chinoiserie, chintz, cane, and crystal .... Bring on the cozy!

Floor Plan 179.18㎡

There is a fairly formal entry area, sitting room that doubles as a guest room when the nieces come to visit, an extra bath, along with the standard rooms

You know, colonial style has never been something that I liked. But, I gotta give you credit for executing this so well. I love how you paired all those colors and took me back in the past! :)

ohhh Winnie you made me feel like Alice in Wonderland as i looked around this exceptional and highly original home. Firstly let me say how bold and brave to attempt this theme and secondly how BRILLANTLY you pulled this off. I can imagine how ghastly this style could have looked done by a lesser mortal. I applaud your imagination and your wonderful sense of being able to create this eclectic look with so much flair and immense charm. The joy of the bumble bee cloakroom made my heart good with its naïve sense of fun...the bedroom and sitting areas were completely sumptuous with hidden quirky items.... but above all that bathroom was a joy ... The whole house conquered visions of eccentric professors and I half expected to see Doctor Doolittle emerge from the toilet after conversing with those Bees. Thanks Winnie this design was a unexpected and SO BEAUTIFUL treat. xx
