The Chieftain Interior Design Render

The Chieftain

Finn Juhl, the father of Danish Modern, designed the Chieftain Chair in 1949. He said of the iconic chair, that he "felt like designing something a bit more pompous". So I wanted to design a masculine space to showcase this beautiful chair -- leaving "lots of space around it to do it justice".

Floor Plan 91.5㎡

A design of the main living areas: Living room, dining room, and kitchen. I wanted to learn how to create a tray ceiling with trough lighting, which I used in the living room.

Oh the king of this castle sure are very pleased with the space you made for him. Deep, dark and handsome I would say. And a man with not that many words, but if they are spoken, they all makes sense! Well done dear Winnie! As always such a delight!
