I wanted to practice some of the new construction features, namely the sunken ground tool.
Floor Plan
156.16㎡
An entertaining area with sunken living room. The kitchen is conveniently off of the living room, and you take a few steps down to get to the dining room
The kitchen with open bar area looks out into the living room
Conversation Pit with shag rug
70's inspired fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy
Dining Room
2 steps from the kitchen takes you down to the dining room

Oh I love this space! Authentic and gorgeous! And you mastered the sunken living room so well! Always such a delight to do this with my design buddy and to see how her design mind works!
