This is the story of an apartment in the middle of the city featuring the hardware of industrial bones and the bold edge of a stone age. And to top it up a little sunshine yellow from the Pantone color range. This is a happy place in the city!

A patio area which can be reached from the bedroom as well as the living room. It has a wide view over the city and was designed with glass screens to make the most of it.

Industrial cage shelves against the wall......who could ever miss the sunny yellow that brings so much happiness to the room.

The raised entrance hall create a little more drama in the space.
The entrance.....with a wonderful view out on the city. The windows and doors were all chosen to reflect the industrial bones of the space....and also the use of raw concrete inside the house on the walls, floor and steps.
As you can see the owner of this space has a great love and appreciation for art.....
The function of this space is a small lounge/ reception room/ office space.
The highlights of this bathroom must be the rough stone basins and the gorgeous marble soaker tub!
The industrial bones of this bed, combined with the neutral greys and just that little bit of sunny yellow in the rug and the light fixture......a dream came true.
