Zoe's house in the park
Zoe is full of life and not committed to one design style. Her dream house has little bits of a lot. Therefore the use of rustic elements like old wood flooring, cement tiles and red face brick, was combined with luxury elements like different metal tones, an exquisite mosaic wall and glass. Enjoy the eclectic mix of décor style items.....and the small touches of Christmas.
Just this small small touch of rosy pink to make any girl's heart flutter. The living room was lifted from the other adjacent rooms with two steps.....which makes it a focal point, but also provides a lovely view into the open plan kitchen dining room.

Rustic red brick wall.....paired with the refinement of good leather and the softest rose......

She fell in love with the white leather couches and it's prominent stitching. Colors of Rose and Green was spread through all the spaces....and a few Art Deco pieces was too good to resist.

At the end of the wall is the toilet in a private space....

Antique mirrors against the red brick walls......a little rustic touch to combine with the luxury of the bath and tiles.

This unusual bath with the window looking out in the garden.....a dream comes true.

The space was flooded with light not only by a the big windows looking out in the park like garden from all angles in the room, but also by putting a row of narrow windows at the top by the ceiling.

The bedroom was made completely feminine with it's rose pink color scheme throughout. Touches of wood and black and even a bit of concrete in the niches provided so much character.

The steps were made of chunky pieces of wood......and wide enough to make the step up comfortable for everybody. And not surprisingly are use for seating by her friends while she is cooking.

She loves her metal cladded kitchen island with plenty of storage and ample working space.

The screened glass doors open up into the lovely garden.....but can also be closed for privacy. Oh and she could not resist the rose gold Christmas star to bring some extra cheer in the space.

Because of the open plan living spaces, she opted for simple but effective wooden storage in which she could hide any clutter if necessary.

This picture shows the elevation of the living room with a gorgeous glass screen to open it up to the rest of the house.

This was the big splash for the space. An exquisite mosaic wall in the colors of her dreams! The Touches of Christmas so elegantly applied......

By the front door....this is the picture that welcomes you into the house of Zoe!

This is her collection of wine......with most appropriate storage.

This is the surprise of the house......a small lounge which also poses as a wine tasting room.
With an elaborate extensive collection of wine....and the knowledge to teach people about it....she loves to host intimate wine tasting parties......The clock window such a quirky touch.......
