My first attempt at a full design so have kept it fairly simple. This is a small one bedroom house overlooking the sea. My taste is for minimalist design in the main. But I am also a fan of Frank Lloyd Wright, Bauhaus and Art deco. Being a Libra I also like symmetry and balance. Some of the furniture is my own design e.g. sideboards in bedroom and dining room, shelving/media unit in the lounge.

Floor Plan 690.02㎡

This is a linear layout. From the entrance hall the bedroom is to the right with the communal living areas are to the left. It is possible to walk from the hall through to the lounge in a more or less straight line. The gym
and garage are accessed via the central corridor.

A wide, uncluttered circulation area with seating overlooking the rear patio. Plenty of natural light and a clean, but hopefully not antiseptic, finish.
