Garden

A pool will be built here shortly, ideal for access and a gentle breeze though open doors to the living room and kitchen, with shading from the pergola and bougainvillea.

The Master Bedroom is at the north of the house, keeping it cooler for sleeping. Blinds are a must for the morning sun through this window, as is the bougainvillea.

Bathroom

Guest suite bathroom provides private views of the garden (once landscaped), perfect for a refreshing morning shower, or a relaxing soak with a glass of wine in the evening.

Entrance & Hallway

This home is serving as a private home, as well as a home office. The entrance-way is flexible enough to be a welcome home, or a welcome for meetings. To the left is the home cinema, which can double as a client waiting area.

The entranceway is multipurpose. Space is thoughtfully located nearby to give both privacy to the home, as well as a professional impression. The entrance leads to library with a breakout meeting space, leading to the home office, and art studio.

Living and Dining Room

The living room serves well as a relaxing space in the evening, as well as a fun place to be when the garden is opened up during the daytime.

Guest Bedroom

The guest suite is perfect for friends and family staying over, or perhaps as a separate self contained holiday let.

Walk In Closet

The Master bedroom suite closet keeps the bedroom clear of clutter, and gives a sense of occasion when dressing.

The Master bedroom suite, on the north of the property can stay cooler in the summer, a has a romantic, light and airy feel. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Library

The Library doubles as a breakout area for client meetings. Accessing both the office and the art studio.

Office

The twin home office is designed for a couple of entrepreneurs, one who is also an artist, directly accessing the art studio as needed.

The office has a modern, creative feel to inspire the entrepreneurial spirit.

Art Studio

Living and Dining Room

The dining room is designed for entertaining, and large meals with friends and family. It has a relaxed feel as it's connected with the Living room, and the courtyard space for larger gatherings.

Master Bathroom

Stay connected with each other in the Master bathroom. Take a soak at sunset, and chat about your day.

Home Cinema

When not in use as a TV room, this doubles as the client waiting area, or a snug area to relax.
