I think that if you don;t want to spend a lot of your credits on rendering, you also need to put at least one light in each room. 'i recccomend 2 lights in bigger rooms. Otherwise, I think this looks fabulous! Pls check out and comment on my deisigns too...

You should render your photos by clicking on "Render", then "Quality" at the top, and choose the last option. Also, adding lights to your house helps, you can find them in the catalog, as well as if you click "RCP" in the top row.
