I wanted this house to have a cool, but cozy feel with all the colors being black, white, wood and green from leafy plants. It is fit for one or two people, no more. The cover is a virtual tour. Click to see.Floor Plan 28.04㎡
There is a tiny desk area, a small kitchen and living room with a deck off of both of them. The bathroom is a little cramped, but still roomy enough. And the bedroom is fit with a smalll bed and lots of windows to let in the light.

My favorite part of this room is the dog line art. It fits this house so well and was kind of my inspiration for the whole thing.

This deck is off of the living room and is a cozy, small living area for outdoor time :)

This is the front door.
This desk area is very small, but would still work. It is nice to have the windows on either side.
kitchen
The kitchen really shows the black and white theme. I like how everything all goes together well.
outdoor eating area
This is the outdoor living area off of the kitchen. Since there is only a island in the kitchen, I think it would be nice to have a larger kitchen table outside.

This is so interesting, in a good way! When you described it to me I was thinking it would be full on black and white. I also like the wood with it!
