I really wanted to do something modern, as well as a loft because I literally love lofts. They seem so secretive and cozy, tucked up and away but still in the middle of all the action. It was pretty challenging, but I'm happy with this final result. This was my second ever design, so bear with me :)Floor Plan 125.7㎡

This is a pretty simple bathroom off the dining room, nothing fancy.
You can see the view of the main room here with the barn door open.
I built a big and cozy master bedroom off the main room with lots of plants and open space.
I wanted the master bedroom to be spacious and homey.
Master Bathroom
A tile accent wall ties it all together and looks pretty smancy.
I love this bathroom. Although I couldn't change the text on the LOGO sign so it remained saying LOGO :)
This would be the perfect spot to play board games and curl up with a book by the fire.
Once again with coziness, I added a fireplace to this little nook living room.

A bright living space in the middle of the main room. You can see the kitchen in the back.
A little entry to take off shoes with a wardrobe and mirror by the big front door.
Here you can see the loft rail and into the main space.
A small but functional space.
The kitchen is also tucked away off the main space, and connected to the dining room.
This dining room is pretty basic but sits 8 people and has a nice big window.
There's never too much closet. The master closet is VERY big, it even has a chair to sit it :)
