New York Flat
This was modeled after my uncle who lived in the city for a while in a super modern apartment. My goal was for it to look one of a kind and modern.Floor Plan 319.54㎡
I tried to base it off of the few apartments I have been in, where there have been just a living space and a single bedroom kind of off to the side.

A smaller but still fairly large bathroom for the person who lives here, continuing the color scheme and modern theme.
This is the main living area, with plenty of places to sit with people you love.
This is the kitchen, with a large island and plenty of plants to continue the theme of plant / modern throughout the entire flat.
This is the dining area, the table is big enough that everyone can sit down and chat, and there is also plenty of room for projects you might use the table for.
