＂†＂ House

I began with a 24'x24' two car garage and went for minimal footprint, which means going vertical. The length of the ＂†＂ shape came from a dual desire for an upper deck and a covered lower patio. Serendipitously this affords rather nice virtual views from the kitchen and dining spaces.
