New life for my new home
First step after purchasing my first home was evaluating its condition : walls, floors , construction elements. Main objective is to have maximum benefits from square footage (1500). Walls were pushed or removed permanently. Doors, windows shifted , plumbing fixtures relocated .Floor Plan 410.01㎡
Most of the zones in the house didn't change their location and purpose. Second bathroom gained some space from removing old storage/closet. Additional closets were created. Keeping the house in white clean palette and decorating it with bright elements is the main idea of the design.

If you need to accommodate your guests , Murphy bed is your best choice in tight space.
Master Bathroom
Marble look with clean lines and bright fixtures always look fresh.
Freestanding bath was my dream and incorporating it into design was the goal. Double sink vanity gives that freedom in the morning rush.
Unnamed space
Sunlight is the music which flows through the space...
Using space right. Free transitioning and open concept give the house its new look.
Console table and surrounded decor are the focal-points of the space.
Extra storage is never extra.

Comfortable bed, closet and a work space is what makes room a master bedroom.

Room where you can relax and get some work done.

@alondra rivera hahha i accept your concern, i could add more stuff but how many of them will be actually used in my real project, i am keeping it as real as possible not just as a design fantasy. I am single also so i leave this to my future girl( as females have a tendency to fill space more) for now ....
