The design of a new penthouse on the top floor of an office park, complete with open plan living areas, pyjama lounge, walk through dressing areas, marbled bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, laundry, scullery and fabulous outdoor entertainment areas and a lap pool, with sweeping views of the city.

The existing "office space" was divided into a rooms to create a typical 3 bedroom penthouse with maximum use of living spaces on the roof garden areas.

The Lounge and dining room are separated with a divider wall which includes TV unit on one side and dining sideboard on the other. Living areas all open up onto the entertainment areas on one side and anchored by one retainer wall that runs through the center of the design (white face brick finish).

Upon entering the apartment one immediately looks into the living spaces. The long dark corridor acts as a tiled anchor in the design leading to bedrooms on either end, the kitchen and living areas in the background and a powder room on the right.

Bathed ion both natural light with a big picture window at the edge of the bath and the skylights. This bathroom includes solid marble tiles on the floor and ceiling with a handsome double shower and vanity and a closed off loo and urinal for privacy.
