Acoustic wall panels

Anyone have used acoustic wall panels for sonud absorbing? I am thinking to buy them. But i am confused. I need reviews and suggestions if anyone have used it before. Because its becoming trendy. I have seen a list of panels on this site www.hubpagespro.com. I am confused which one will be best for bedroom. Please guide.
