Abby, I use the mobile app and can do pro rooms for free with lots of free material! Obviously, lots of nice material is locked but honestly… you can still make beautiful pro rooms for free!

That would definitely offer more of a design challenge, and would be similar to where a real interior designer has to cater to a clients style and requirements.

Honestly, I’m surprised they haven’t done more in the design style categories. Especially since HS is a design app. I like the way HS has contests for specific themes like the current artist studio contest but it would be great to either have a themed contest within a certain design style or to just have a freelance contest within a specific design style. For example artist studio in the Moroccan style or a contest for anything in Early American style.

I realize I’m a little late to the party here, but I’d like to see certain styles of design like British Colonial, Early American, Moroccan, Mid-Century Modern, Scandinavian, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, California Chic, Bohemian, Arts & Crafts, Coastal, Tropical, Eclectic, French Country, Hollywood Regency, Industrial, Mediterranean, Modern, Shabby Chic, Traditional, Southwestern, Transitional, etc. Personally, my favorites are British Colonial, Moroccan, Bohemian, Art Deco and Traditional. :)

Challenge ideas I would suggest are themed ones like Monochrome. I also like the contests you've done around certain cities, e.g. London; Paris.
