She saved and worked hard to get to where she could buy this Condo on the 21st floor with sweeping views of the city!Her new advertising job granted her the ability to live the life she has always dreamed of in New York City!
She loved the stores, the people, the restaurants, the street musicians and street vendors! Everything looked and smelled like life. She took her time to decorate and enjoy the process. Tonight, as she rode the elevator up to her new domain, she met another resident of the building.
He was very handsome, about her age and he greeted her warmly as they waited for the elevator in the lobby. He smelled delicious and he was pleasingly dressed and coifed. He had a sexy smirk smile that showed just a few of his pearly whites. She noticed that he pushed the button for the 22nd floor. WOW, this young knight was only a floor above her and they would surely intersect in the elevator again.
21st floor. Her domain was awaiting. She took a short slowish glance in his direction and by golly, he was looking right at her. He smiled and nodded good night to her. This time showing all his pearly white jewels!
She smiled in return. Tried to be lady like and not trip on the way out. Success! Before the door closed, she semi sauntered down the hall to her condo. All the while her heels were clacking and her heart was triple beating! And she could feel him looking the entire time. She dared not turn and look back this time! She knew if she did, she'd glance right into his deep brown eyes with the sharp eyebrows!
Phew! Single life had it's perks in the big city! Single men were everywhere. Possibilities were endless. Hope was eternal. And this city was raining men, all kinds of groovy men, all day and all night.
Yep, that was her perspective! Life was good.
