School is back in session: Malak & Friends

However, for Ms. Angela's kindergarten class, this is the biggest day of these kids life!
It's parent separation day!
Be a good boy and girl day today! It is Put on your listening ears Day and Show what a Big Boy/Girl you are Day wrapped all into one.

It's time to be on your own and learn to share, be silent, pay attention, follow the teachers instructions and learn how to be social.

Crying, throwing temper tantrums, hissy fits, not sharing, hitting, being a uncooperative or spoiled brat are frowned upon and the first warning is a stern downward look by the teacher followed by a trip to the principals office for a time out and a pow wow!

The sun is shining. The kids are fresh, clean and shiny! Breakfast was eaten depending upon how anxious, excited or nervous the child was. Parents are running around, prepping and dusting their child off nervously as this is the day that they introduce little Bunny and little Seth to society!

Their child represents them and must put their best foot forward and be an absolute darling today so that they can not show out and embarrass the parents early.
Not today of all days.
"The first day of school" must be perfect and all children are expected to be perfect! Have fun little darlings and mind your manners.
No parent wants to be the first parent called in to meet with the principal or Ms. Angela, the teacher! Not unless it's for stunning complimentary Commentaries on their little angels fabulous behavior and other attributes.
No parents want to have the dubious honor of having the first wild child of the school year. Principals and teachers are observers and do take notes.
Cautions aside, this bunch of kindergartens almost fell over one another being helpful, paying attention, making great new friends and making their parents proud. Ms. Angela was delighted to have these new students and was confident that this was the start of a great school year!
