Missing 10 months old baby Eleia (FOUND)
Day 30 of 30.Albuquerque, NM: May 6th, 2024 missing baby Eleia Marie Torres was found.
Upon finding her mother's minivan in a park with her injured 5 year old sister and her 23 year old mother, Samantha Cisneros, & her friend, 23 year old Taryn Allen deceased. Police learned put out a high level alert for Eleia when the baby was not located with the group and her car seat was empty.
Multiple agencies and search & rescue groups were involved including the FBI. After multi state operations, baby Eleia was found in Houston Texas and 26 year old suspect, Alex Isiah Collins was apprehended. Collins was not related to the victims nor was he the father of the children. Both children's fathers were very helpful in the investigation and were not considered suspects.
The group had just stopped for food before going to a Dollar tree in Clovis, NM. It is not known how or why they ended up at the park after that.
Both Eleia and her 5 year old sister were taken to the hospital for care and recovery.
