"Jenna here calling!"

Cindy: "Jenna! My dear friend from the amazing building. I was hoping to hear from you. I heard you found your dream job."
Jenna: "Yes, this truly is like living a dream. I get to see all these beautiful places and also every nook and corner of this train as I clean the train. I am so fascinated in how these trains are desined and build."
Cindy: "I'm so happy for you."
Jenna: "But the reason I'm colling is something else. I had these young fellow travellers with me couple days ago. They said something that made me think of you and your family.
Cindy: "Okay, this sounds intresting."
Jenna: "When I told them I was living my dream as I get to live in this train, they said they are living their dream also."
Cindy: "And it was?.."
Jenna: "They said they and all their friends live in the same apartment building. I did some recearch and some cals. And I found something that I think you would be intrested."
Cindy: "Now I'm getting really curious."
Jenna: "I found a apartment building where no one wants to live anymore. It's quite old but still livable. People are so picky these days. Anyway, the owners of this building haven't got enough money to renovate the whole building but don't want to dissemble it either.
And this is where you and your family come in the picture. I told them your story and they were so happy when they heard the solution I had that would benefit all."
Cindy: "And it is?.."
Jenna: "They give the building to you free of charge."
Cindy "What?!"
Jenna: "So what do you say?"
Cindy: "Are you serious?"
Jenna: "Yes I am."
Cindy: "That's just incredible. I can't believe it."
Jenna: "Trust me it's true. So will you take it?"
Cindy: "Well I'll have talk with everyone, but I think they all will be as thrilled as I am when they hear about this."
Jenna: " I'm so happy to hear."
Cindy: "I don't know how to thank you Jenna."
Jenna: "Just live happily ever after."
Cindy: "We certainly will. Thank you Jenna."
Jenna:"Your very welcome."
