Open up the back part of the House. Rebuild original fireplace in center. Install some new windows. Move kitchen to where the old bathroom was. Move the breakfast area to where the old office was. Have new Great Room/ Living Area/ Keeping Room where the old kitchen was.

Open up the space by taking existing walls down. (Could possibly have a couple french doors, on either side of fireplace, if needed, to save on heat). ( In images, the ceiling light fixture in hall between Kitchen & Great Room isn't displayed correctly).

French doors with window grilles will lead out to patio that extends the length of the back of the house. As stated before, kitchen cabinets will be a dark wood, but with copper inserts, which will add much light. Fireplace will be more traditional without metal insert.

Kitchen fireplace will be more traditional, & will feature a Beehive oven. Cabinets will be dark wood with copper inserts. Make sure to view 720 virtual tour with full screen & music! Tour does not feature changes, though, with frig, added step, door,& recessed light above Fireplace in Great Room.
