Does Anyone Have This Problem??

In most of the art groupings, just one of the pics doesn't work, or load, properly. These are from the newest batch of items, but it's been an issue for me for a long time. And many single artworks also are just bright white when added to the room. I have Android, so maybe it's an Android issue. I know I've seen some of these artworks in other's designs and they look fine so maybe they are using Apple? Its so frustrating and disappointing to think you've found the perfect art only to have it not work. Thanks everyone!
